Rubi is a Rainbow Genie In Training who lives in Zahramay Skies and loves to make rainbows for a living with her wand. She is beautiful and loves to be around with anyone like Leah in case they need something for her and for help too.

Rubi has white skin, rainbow gradient and sparkled hair, purple and blue gradient eyes with periwinkle blue eye makeup and purple eyebrows, and wears a white dress with pink sleeves poka-dotted and a blue and purple skirt, periwinkle blue leggings, gold bracelets with magenta and green gems on them, pastel yellow-gold genie shoes, a green gem on her forehead, gold belt with magenta squares on it, and a gold band around her beck with a green gem on it. She also holds a star headed staff.
