Mermaids are a type of magical creature on Shimmer and Shine. They have the appearance of girls with fish tails instead of legs. The male equivalents are called "mermen", which haven't appeared on the show. This page covers both characters who are naturally mermaids, or are sometimes turned into mermaids.
